[Plugin: WP Easy PHP Calendar Admin] Calendar Login broken

I installed “WP Easy PHP Calendar Admin”. Worked initially, but after an hour the login screen went essentially black–no place to input login info anymore.

Uninstalled plugin, still seeing this blank login screen.
