    Hi,

I have the gallery working. I can setup the gallery and can add images to it. The shortcodes works:

    [EasyGallery id='myleeneklass']

It displays on the page, but on clicking nothing happens!

    Any help here greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards

    Anthony

These issues are most likely being caused by a plugin conflict. Please see this article about troubleshooting plugin conflicts:

    THX!

Same problem. Deactivated all plugins except easy gallery and the one gallery still did not work. It initially worked but stopped working when making changes to the gallery.

Was there ever a resolution to this? I just purchased the pro version and can not get the gallery to show when I click the image. I have NO other plugins active.

    Thanks!

In our case it was a character in the headline or description field that was killing the gallery.

I had to copy and paste the jquery.prettyPhoto.js file from this site. Download whatever version you want (I downloaded the development version) and just copy that file along with prettyPhoto.css and all the images located in /images/prettyPhoto/ into your directory and remember to call jquery.prettyPhoto.js and prettyPhoto.css in header.php.

You will also need to change the image paths in prettyPhoto.css to where ever you put the image files from /images/prettyPhoto/

After I did that, the plugin worked for me.
