# [Plugin: WP e-Commerce] To many bugs

 * We have installed WP E-Commerce and like it, but, the solution have to many bugs.
   Especially if you buy and install the WP E-Commerce Plugins like ‘gold card files’
   and ‘grid view’. It’s a pity that no guru answer the problem in the forums and
   email request.
 * I’ve burnt my fingers. Let it!

 * Its not true and unfortunatly not all support questions get answered in our forums.
   If it doesnt work it might be your server or another plugin conflicting with 
   our Plugin. If you want paid support contact Shayne in the forums. He is an e-
   Commerce genius 🙂

 * I agree, there is not competent support in their forums for this plug-in. Usually(
   if there even is a response) it’s to blame the server, your payment gateway or
   another plugin but there is no useful help. I’ve been trying to get help with
   a _**MAJOR BUG**_ which adds items priced over $1000 to the cart as $1 for a 
   very long time. This is Not the server, It is NOT another plugin, and it’s NOT
   paypal. They won’t even tell me how to remove the comma and decimal from the 
   display! I thought at least I could circumvent the bug by displaying prices without
   commas since it seems to be the comma in the 1,000 that is being translated as
   a European decimal. It goes into the cart as $1,000 if there is no comma. But
   I can’t seem to get an answer and most people don’t sell items over $1,000 so
   there’s not too much complaining. But this GLITCH and the inability/refusal to
   address it pretty much makes this plugin unusable for me.

 * This plugin, at present, is a pile of DOG TURDS, before WP 2.6 it was getting
   into a reasonable state. Then they seem to have attempted to redesign the interface
   resulting in tons of missing anchors and links.
 * Their support in their forums just seems to be blaim your hosting company or 
   another plugin. They seem only to want to get you onto their PAID for plugin.
 * But no-one is going to fork out for a paid for, supposedly more powerful, plugin
   when the limited functionallty free plug does not work.
 * A free plugin should work and generate customers for your paid for service.
 * This plugin, at present, should only be touched with a 10 metre bargepole or 
   one of those long grippers you see street cleaners using to pick up litter.
