I need to know how can I set up shipping according to miles ? If a user inserts Postal Code on Order form then on that basis shipping must be calculated.

For example : If the distance between Base Postal Code and Entered Postal Code is between 5 Miles then $5 will be shipping, if its in 10 Miles then $15 and so on….

Please suggest

There’s no way to achieve this out of the box – unless you’re using a shipping provider who’s hooked up with an automatic API (UPS/USPS etc.)

Provided you’ve got (and can keep up to date) data about postal codes then you can get a custom shipping module coded up to integrate with WP e-Commerce. There’s a tutorial, and sample shipping module here:
