# [Plugin: WP E-commerce] Problems with paypal checkout

    WordPress version: 3.5.1
   WP e-Commerce version: 3.8.9.5 Gold Cart version: 2.9.7 Theme: My own
 * When customers check out using paypal the order does not go through properly.
   I receive an e-mail saying I have a new order. However it is still registered
   as incomplete in “store sales”.
    Payment does not go through either. Everything
   looks normal from the customer point of view, but payment is not registered in
   the customers paypal or my store’s paypal.
