[Plugin: WP e-Commerce] No documentation – no product support
I tried this plugin a few years ago, even paid for the Gold Cart. There was no documentation and support consisted of a bunch of us trying to help each other make it work in the forum. Today I tried it again, newer version, still full of bugs, still no documentation and still relies on developers exchanging solutions in the forum to make it work. Word of advice to the developers – STOP adding new features, fix the bugs and provide some documentation, then and only then will you have a good product.
