After 1 day of “Premium Support”, payed with 3 Upgrades ($104.00)(Gold Cart Plugin: $40.00, Members Only module : $25.00, Feed my Need Plugin: $39.00), NO answer !

Besides, the readme.txt and instructions for upgrades installation are NOT up-to-date => 8 hours lost trying in order to understand what’s going wrong !

From my point of view it’s not a “correct behavior”

    This topic is: not resolved”

Me too, same problem, no error message but I suddenly and for no apparent reason can’t access existing products. No answers? This is not a good sign…

uninstalled, reinstalled using WP 2010 and no plugins. Same problem every time. Can’t view, delete or edit products once they are created. A red ! appears next to all sample entries, Yet I find no documentation as to what ! might mean.

i have the exact same problem..

i get this error when i go to Store > Settings > Payment Options > and then selecting a Payment Gateway from the drop down box (any option in the list)

    using
    – WordPress v3.0.1
    – WP e-Commerce Plugin v3.7.7
    – Gold Cart for WP e-Commerce v2.8

if there any solution to this? this is a pretty big issue i cannot set up my store with this error

I’m using WPStore Cart now, everything is great except there’s an issue with product variations. Several users made posts about it and now there’s a fix coming with the next release.
Their support is good, even for non paying users. The plugin is simpler and easier to set up, has all the features I needed. I reccomend you try it.

    HELP
Anyone figure this out? Im getting this error when trying to update my payment options. I have latest wp-ecommerce 3.7.8 and gold cart 2.8

    Here is the error——-

Fatal error: Function name must be a string in /home/content/79/7423879/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc-admin/ajax-and-init.php on line 1867

Try WPStoreCart, they fixed a bunch of stuff and it’s working quite well now. I struggled with WP e-commerce for a while, major unresolved issues. As you can see by this forum, there’s little or no free support. By contrast, WPStoreCart guys are on it, they respond to requests within 24 hrs or less.

Your’s looks like a possible ajax error, I’d try disableing any plugins that use ajax, or see if wp e-commerce has an option to disable ajax.

try going into your WP database (via phpmyadmin for example) and find the ‘payment_gateway’ entry in the wp_options table and delete the value for it.

this worked for me, although it happened again after and had to do the same thing again as above, but since then the error hasn’t occurred.

    hope this works for you!

Thanks connersau worked perfectly for me.

    Thanks @connersau. That worked great.

You can delete the value directly from your dashboard — if you go to your “options.php” file

    like this https://skitch.com/oscarg/r3nff/wp-admin-options

@connersau thanks dear it works perfect
