    Hi – I’ve certainly never seen this before – it works just fine for me on 3.0.4. Are you sure it’s my dashboard plugin causing the problem?

    ie – if you deactivate JUST this plugin – does the problem go away?
    If you reactivate JUST this plugin – does it come back?

    If so – it seems to be something site specific – could you drop me some login details and I can have a look.
