 * Hi and thanks for the great plugin.
 * How do i know the node ID to use if i want to show only the first 2 levels?
 * e.g I have Location taxonomy – Country/State/City.
 * I want to force open up to State. i.e. Display the coutry, and the states assigned.
   What nodeId do i use.
 * I have tried 2, everything up to city was forced open.
 * Pls help

 * Check the site source, locate the tree javascript printed there. Take the ID 
   of the post you want to open to.
