[Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] v2.4.8- 3 boxes to confirm human, fails validation

    my review page has only the short code [WPCR_INSERT] in the content section.

    I am displaying reviews in my footer using the short code [WPCR_SHOW POSTID=”ALL” NUM=”3″ SNIPPET=”180″ MORE=”view more” HIDECUSTOM=”1″ HIDERESPONSE=”1″].

    From the first install, three boxes were displayed to confirm the user was human. checking all three allowed the 1st review to post.

    It now will no longer post, and the 3 boxes are still displaying.
    It displays a confirm you are human error on each attempt.
    This failure occurred in WP 3.6.1 as well as 3.7

    I forgot to mention i using the theme Arctica.
    I have deactivated all other plugins.
    The issues only occurs when I have Customer Reviews activated.

    The formatting error is displayed as 3 check boxes being showed in the review section to “to confirm you are human”.

    I’m assume this is a js or jQuery conflict between the plugin and theme.

    The plugin author is non-responsive to my requests for assistance.
    Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
    I use the plugin on another without issue.
