[Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] Option "Button text to show review form" doesn't save!

Hi! I love this WP Customer Reviews plugin. It works 100%. But I wounder why the options in the “Review Page Settings” doesn’t save. Exactly 3 of them in the bottom (text fields). What’s wrong?
