    Hey again.

    I think I’ve found an issue with the custom review questions that can be set in the settings for WP Customer Reviews.

    Basically we have three options after a custom field has been entered.

    Punctuality: Ask Require Show

    I’m not too too sure how the above checkbox settings would work but I do know that once I am actually on the review page, the custom field text boxes do display but what does the person add into those boxes?

    I believe the usual procedure is if I have a custom rating field there should be stars beside them too that allows the user to give that particular point a star rating too…

    These are extra fields for things such as Age, Gender, etc. They were not meant for rating individual items and creating a rollup. (In fact, neither the hReview or RDFa microformats even allow multiple line-item ratings per “item” yet).

    I’m not sure if you’re listing will be the same as mine but i the page, you’ll see other options to rate by…I don’t know if that calculation is taken into consideration when displaying the search results but…

    Are you seeing the star rating in the search results I linked?

    Either way, I think you’re right in the end as the rest of the review sites I checked out that Google is displaying in the search results don’t seem to have extra star rating fields anyways.
