[Plugin: WP Custom Fields Search] Bug: search for custom post types returns sticky posts

Wicked plugin, I don’t know how I didn’t find it a long time ago.

Basically I’m using this plugin to search custom post types for custom fields. Some of my post types are called “publications” and say I want to search by the custom field of “publication type” and I search for “phd thesis.” In addition to all the publications that meet that criteria, I also get a sticky post that shows up, even though it meets none of the criteria.

Is sticky somehow overruling the search parameters?
