[Plugin: WP-CRM – Customer Relations Management for WordPress] Notification Issue with Dynamic Field

  • The notification emails after upgrading do not render dynamic fields such as [user_email]. This is a HUGE problem for us at the moment. The user contact data is getting stored in the database, so it is working up until that point. Once the notification email is sent out it does not contain any information. Please let us know how we can resolve this asap. Thank you,

  • Curent release should solve that issue. Please, let us know if you still have any.

I think I’m experiencing the same problem with version 0.30.3.
When filling in a form, using the correct trigger action, no notification is send to [user_email].

I can’t replicate it locally. Please, check settings and use our Support forum. You can create premium request and add WP and FTP credentials to investigate your issue more. If it’s our bug, we’ll return support funds.
