  • How can I use float:right? Margin-right seems not working.

WP Columns 1.1 works fine with WP 3.3.2. You need to add the CSS, otherwise you won’t see any difference. The source code will reveal the added markup. This is a very easy and ‘intelligent’ columns solution. It auto detects the number of columns and applies appropriate markup. You need to understand CSS and how to apply it properly to use this plug-in. For developers this is a very versatile solution as it doesn’t force any predefined CSS on you, so you can make it work with any theme, responsive styles, etc.. I’m Using it together with HeadWay. If you see the column code (ie. /—/) inn your text, then make sure you have set it up so that the plugin is able to generate at least two columns. If you have ticked the option to allow head and tails outside the column area, then you need to include the column code at least three times for it to be able to make two columns.

People who say this is broken (in WP < 3.3.2), probably haven’t understood how to use this plug-in.

For a working CSS snippet that supports 2-4 columns see this post: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/ready-to-go-css-for-wp-columns
