# [Plugin: WP-CMS Post Control] Pinging custom posts

 * I found this while searching for a plug-in that can ping custom posts. I was 
   wondering this plug-in would enable me to do that or if this might be planned
   in the future or if anyone can tell me what plug-in I could use. I have a classified
   ad website which uses custom posts for classified ads. The posts and pages get
   pinged but new classified ads do not.

 * The Post Control plugin is not designed for that purpose unfortunately – it is
   just for hiding edit controls in the admin area when creating/editing posts and
   pages.
