[Plugin: WP-CMS Post Control] Partially working

  • I’ve just fresh installed WP 3.0, and the WP-CMS Post Control plugin v2.22. Page Controls – Custom Fields and Revisions for Administrator and Editor were disabled. Unfortunately, when I started to edit a page, these meta-boxes weren’t hidden.

No problems as such for Posts.

Another thing is that I’ve disabled the Autosave and Revisions in the Core Functions. When I started a new page/post and not saving it at the end, my database shows that an auto-draft was created. Why?

I hope that there are some solutions to these problems soon.

Thank you very much in advance.

  • I’ve just updated the plugin to v2.3 which sould fix this and a couple of other little snags. Note that v2.3 and above requires WordPress 3.0 minimum.
