[Plugin: WP CleanFix] Problem with "Advanced custom Field" plugin

First of all thanks for the useful Cleanfix Plugin im mostly happy with it!

I have a Question: I use the Advanced Custom Field Plugin to bring easily a optionspage to WordPress see more here if you don’t here about it -> link

So, the problem is the when i create a new option in the optionpage, the CFT plugin add a new Custom Field for the post ID “999999999”. And all custom fields for the ID “999999999” can be deleted by the cleanfix plugin.
in my opinion the problem is that there is no page with ID “999999999” and thus the field deletes.
What can i do? should i add a new page with the ID “999999999”?
