  • Have you tried clicking on the “Forums” page at the top?

This message is displayed when the plugin does not recognise the page you’re requesting. This is to prevent undefined and undesirable results. Could you please tell me on what pages you’re recieving this message?

    Thanks

It’s happening on my wordpress site. I’m sorry I didn’t fully explain in my original post. On my site, when I click on my forum, it gives me that message. Not sure what’s wrong…no settings were changed. Am I in the right section on the support forum?

This could be happening if you’re logged out (a Guest) and the option to allow guests to view the forum is disabled or it’s enabled but you’re trying to view a forum as a Guest in which case you would also receive this message.

If not could you please take a screenshot or post the url to your site so I could take a look (understand if you don’t want to do this publicly, you can also email them to me at me@codebycarter.com)

    Thanks
