[Plugin: WP Biographia] shortcode not working only showing blank

First thanks for the great plugin. I am using plugin version 3.1

I am trying to use the shortcode on a page or post and whatever shortcode I put in it just comes back with the block formatting but no text in it.

[wp_biographia user=”*”]
[wp_biographia user=”admin”]
[wp_biographia user=”*” role=”Administrators”]

they all give the same output the default background, the dummy image, and “about”,

Thoughts?
