Support » Plugin: WP Bannerize » [Plugin: WP Bannerize] Bannerize For Dummy question..

  • I have installed it and built an ad, but they are all lined up together and not rotating or displaying individually. I am using this for a widget.
You say that in Template PHP and then I see “function” in another area to install the code
    <?php wp_bannerize(); ?>

So my question is exactly where is it safe to install and this is the issue that causes all adds to display in column?

When I install this in my Template “functions.php” it crashes my site. I am using Mystique which has many php pages for the template. Do I need to install this code on each variety of page I am using for this on the actual template pages if I am using this in a widget?

Thank you. It does have a nice interface.

    Hi Wudman,
WP bannerize can be use or via code or via widget.

For change layout you have to change the css style.

However I will insert a sample in wordpress documentation ASAP.

    Erm, I’m still confused.

I tried the setting as described in the installation tab but couldn’t see anything on the site!! I want to use a custom 250 x 250 banner as a widget. Where *exactly* do I insert the <?php wp_bannerize(); ?> function?

    Is it one of these?
    a. functions.php
    b. index.php
    c. sidebar.php
    d. Text widget

I really see a lot of potential for WP Bannerize, but can’t get it to work… 🙁

Thanks in advance and please excuse the stupidity. Utter n00b here.

Okay, Found the ‘fix’ – here it goes:

Apparently, if you do not provide a closing date for the ad, it assumes that you don’t want to show the ad! Strange but true! 🙂

    Hi fellows,

I have a problem, the plugin WP Bannerize can´t insert the datas in DB, what could be happen?
