[Plugin: WP-Ban] How to ban ALL urls except one?

Hi,

I’d like to know if this plugin can help me ban all URLs except a specific URL?

Here’s what I mean:

Lets say I created an email signup page at http://emailsignup.com

Now, I put up a link to http://emailsignup.com on my blog.

Now, I only want users who click the link from my blog to be able to view the email signup page!

Anyone else who lands at http://emailsignup.com should not be able to view the signup page, rather get redirected to some other url.

So can this plugin help me do that?
