 * Just updated WP Avoid Slow form ver0.1 to 02.
    I instantaneously got the “500
   Internal Server Error”. Can’t figure out what has happened. Help please!

 * I have fixed it by deleting;
    # WP-AVOID-SLOW Begin # Add Expires headers ExpiresActive
   On ExpiresDefault “access plus 5 days” # ETags FileETag none # WP-AVOID-SLOW 
   END from my .htaccess file.
