[Plugin: WP About Author] Removing hover and adding a few minor tweeks

Trying to tweek the WP about author box to look pretty much like the one does on this page: http://207nightlife.com/?p=2641

Also I want to remove the hover feature so that when you hover over my image it doesn’t show my gravatar profile information. And want it so that when you click on my name it goes to my twitter page instead of my bio page.
