Plugin Works, WooCommerce Does Not

    When I send a test email with this plugin, I get the order email. When I get an actual order in WooCommerce, I don’t get the notification.

    Anyone have any ideas about why this would be?

    Hi @lindacarey ,
    Glad to hear that the plugin works for you – the goal of the plugin is to preview e-mails so it does not deal with the delivery of mail.
    My educated guess would be that there is an issue with your mail server that is either.
    1. Not sending out the e-mails
    2. Or, Emails are being sent to spam

    Please check the e-mail settings and I hope that helps.

    thank you for the reply! I know they are not going to spam so not sure where they are going. Notifications used to arrive and they are not any longer so I thought your plugin would help me trouble shoot the issue. Next is talking to my hosting service. Again thank you.

    Have you tried sending e-mails from the Preview screen ?
    Are those e-mails being sent ?

    If they are – probably contacting hosting is the first thing to do.

    Yes, they send fine from the preview screen so this is why I am perplexed.

    I will contact hosting. Thank you again for your feedback!
