Plugin works well but support is terrible

I installed Redis Object Cache which worked fine. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks. Everything seems to work but when setting file permissions per WordPress recommendations, I get an error in Redis Object Cache due to the file not being writeable.

Multiple other users have also had this issue and posted their inquire to find a solution either int he forums or as issues on github. The author refuses to give just basic support to help resolve a users issue.

So while the plugin works pretty well, if you run into issues, don’t expect to get any really assistance from the author.
