[Plugin: WordTour] Facebook publish not working

    WordTour looks amazing, but I can’t get it to work with Facebook. Any ideas?

    This is what I’ve done so far:
    I created a Facebook app and added it to my Facebook Page. I then added the App ID and App Secret to the Word Tour settings page. Then created an event and clicked ‘publish to facebook’. I then get ‘processing…’ for a long time or the following error message

    ‘An error occurred with Deana.com. Please try again later.
    API Error Code: 100
    API Error Description: Invalid parameter
    Error Message: invalid permissions: [“create_event”,”publish_stream”]’

    Do I have the do something to the Facebook app to make it so the wordtour can publish to facebook? Perhaps something to do with permissions. Or is there another simplier solution?

    and this is the request:
    (params ‘api_key’ and ‘app_id’ is the same value… (in specimen manipulated) and missing is the secure key…)

    I got the same error message when attempted to publish to Facebook

    API Error Code: 100
API Error Description: Invalid parameter
Error Message: invalid permissions: ["create_event","publish_stream"]

    May be we are missing something and there is no problem with the plugin?

    Update : Also , I don’t understand the use of ‘Add new post’ there right below ‘Facebook’ option. Does any body have Idea about it’s use? For me I can able to just post this as a post :

    Start Date: July 1, 2011
    End Date: July 31, 2011
    Location: Array
    Admission: 225
