[Plugin: WordPress.com Stats] – Why are two js files loaded?

Google Webmaster Tools say this:

2 JavaScript files from stats.wordpress.com.

http://stats.wordpress.com/e-201013.js
http://stats.wordpress.com/e-201014.js

This results in two http requests. Why? How can we prevent this?
