 * This consistently happens. The wordpress.com stats plugin reports that the tenth
post from the top gets at least 50 hits a day even though my whole blog only
averages 200 hits a day, and there is no referrer for that post. I think this
has been going on for at least a year, with no change as I upgraded wp versions.
If I add a post in the middle of the day the hits are reported going to the next
post up, splitting the faux bounty between them.
 * Has anyone else noticed this going on with their blog stats?

 * Even though no one else seems to have had this problem, or noticed this post,
it has now gone away for me with the installation of 2.8.
