[Plugin: WordPress.com Stats] Stats not working

    @it_hkdr

    The plugin has stopped working for my site for 2 months now.
    No changes have been made to file permission of any of the wordpress files and no upgrade of other plugins have been made in the past 2 months either.
    Some have mentioned about the inclusion of <?php wp_footer(); ?> in the footer is necessary for the wordpress stats plugin to work. I checked the footer and that line of code is definitely there.
    Can someone please help?

    Try clearing your cache and cookies, then viewing stats again. If you have a cache plugin, temporarily disable it to see if it is causing problems.

    Hi- I am having a similar problem with my site stats. For some reason during what we thought was our busiest time (Election work) our daily views for Sept and Oct are at zero. And now that we aren’t posting anything in mid-Nov, the stat site is recording daily views again.

    Is there a way to retroactively retrieve that information if our stats weren’t working during that time? We need it for our efforts to track the the correlation between our outreach activities and visits to our website.

    thanks!

    I cannot get the stats plugin to work at all. My site is http://listeningdevicesforthedeaf.co.uk Can anyone advise please?

    My stats for Expertistas.com stopped on July 26, 2013. I downloaded Jetpack – how can I get it working again? Thanks for any help.
