[Plugin: WordPress Video Plugin] Problem in “Other notes” plugin page

I believe there is a problem in this page:

It used to have a long description about how to use the code to insert the videos.
The content looks white to me, right now, and the right bar also disappears when visiting the Other Notes tab.
