 * Tried installing theme using upload option and this is what i got
 * **Installing Theme from uploaded file: wordpress-bootstrap-css.2.0.2.3.zip**

       Installing the theme…
   
       The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
   
       Theme install failed.
       ```

 * You can’t install a _plugin_ using the _install theme_ menu. It’s not a theme
   after all.

 * hehe, yup, this is the plugin “version” of Twitter Bootstrap for WordPress. There
   are plenty of themes out there, none of which I’ve used so I can’t comment or
   recommend any, sorry.
