[Plugin: WordPress Stats] Top Posts problem

Hi there!

My blog is at phase02.Org. I’ve recently updated my skin to WPPremium and also updated from 2.5 to 2.6.

Oh yea while updating the skin I put away the index.php and copy/paste the whole wordpress directory to another folder(/progress/) so I could easely edit css and avoid anyone to be able to follow the progress. So during that week I ofcourse didn’t get any stats, that’s pretty logic, but when I put everything back and updated to 2.6!
I noticed this after a couple of days: screenshot1
It’s only showing 3-4 posts which are also pretty old. I have already posted 5-6 new articles but no stats showing up. This is how it should look like: screenshot2.

I really don’t know why it doesn’t track the other posts. It seems that everything else works pretty fine: screenshot3

If it helps, I also updated the stats plugin itself after the I updated 2.5 to 2.6. I also installed 3 new plugins. Google XML Sitemap / Subscribe to comments / Feedburner Feedsmith.

Can anyone help me out?
