# [Plugin: WordPress Stats] Not displaying any stats

 * I did: used one apy key (user trupadeacoperire), stats didn’t work. I added another
   user to check stats (doingtheartwork), didn’t work again. I created a new account(
   tdacluj) and tried to enter the new api kei and when I hit “Add to WordPress.
   com account” I get the following error.
 * Error from last API Key attempt:
    The owner of that API Key (doingtheartwork)
   is not on the access list for this blog (7999594). To be added to the access 
   list, you must contact support.
 * How can this be fixed and my stats get to work (on trupadeacoperire or tdacluj
   user, doesn’t matter).

 * Ive had this problem for a couple of days now, Reinstalled 5.1, updated to 5.2
   and 5.3 but still no stats showing.
