    Hi Robert,

The firewall employed by your host is a server-based firewall.

A firewall in the context of a WordPress site is basically protection against certain attacks aimed at that site.

These attacks are normal web calls that would never be picked up by a server firewall.

This firewall has many different features, that are all designed to be as least-intrusive as possible. And, if you find an option that conflicts with another plugin or use on your site, you can turn it off easily as all options can be controlled individually. And with full logging you can see exactly what’s happening.

    I hope that helps.
    Thanks,
    Paul.

Paul – thanks for the help.

    Robert
