[Plugin: WordPress SEO] How to get show Yoast WordPress SEO box for only certain user levels?

    I’d like the Yoast WordPress SEO box to show on the Edit Page view only for certain User Levels. How can this be done? Can you make it a feature of the plugin?

    I’ve tried using other plugins like User Capabilities and Adminimize to accomplish this, but couldn’t get it to work.
