[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] WordPress SEO doesn't work with Glance theme

    Just redesigned my site in WordPress with the Glance theme from Themeforest.net. However, I installed the Yoast SEO plug-in and am having many difficulties getting it to work. The titles appear correctly, but my descriptions are not. Google is either picking up the keywords, or picking up the first few lines of text on a page — but not the descriptions I wrote for each page.

    Can anyone please advise on how to work around this, and get the Yoast information up higher in the code. Or will the Yoast plug-in simply not work with this theme?
    I will appreciate any help I can get!
