[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] WordPress SEO by Yoast Meta Title / Description

I am using WordPress SEO by Yoast for my Meta Titles and Meta Descriptions, but they are not showing up in the Search Engine Results AND Google Webmaster Tools says I have too short of Meta Descriptions. Is Yoasts plugin not working?

1. Google Webmaster Tools says I have 39 Meta Descriptions that are too short.

2. However, all my Meta Descriptions are around 150 characters +/- in WordPress SEO by Yoast.
