[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Stubborn Homepage Title !!

    My pages’ titles are structured as %%title%% | %%sitename%%
    However, I don’t have a control only over my Homepage. All the other pages are ok but there is no effect on my homepage title.
    Whatever I do, it always displays ‘Sample Page’

    I even edited the page Homepage itself and changed the title manually through Yoast SEO option but Sample Page title still remains..

    Any idea/solution??
