[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Search Keywords not Matching my Site or Google
I installed WordPress SEO on my site, which is built around the following keyword:
Tietze’s syndrome (according to Google Keyword tool, about 18,000 searches/month)
and a few other related keywords like “Tietze’s Syndrome Treatment”.
Unfortunately, the WordPress SEO plugin doesn’t recognize Tietze’s Syndrome as a keyword at all (it recognizes similar misspellings like “tietze syndrome”). In addition, instead of “tietze’s syndrome treatment” it lists “tietze's syndrome treatment.”
I thought, OK, I’ll play along and I tried inserting ” tietze's syndrome treatment” into my posts (using html for the apostophe), but the plugin still says no keywords found in my title, post, url etc.
What should I do at this point? Override the plugin and use “Tietze’s” even though the plugin doesn’t recognize it as a word? Or should I use a different plugin for this particular site?
