In SEOMOZ I have always have a warning saying my deep pages (beyond Page 2) dont have a meta description….that’s about 100 warnings.
I dont have a worry about duplicate page title warnings becasue Yoast has dealt with that – I use %%pagenumber%% after the page title so I have “Blah Page 1” “Blah Page 2” etc…
I’d really like the following pages to have the a meta description as Page 1 but with the ability to have a %%pagenumber%% addition say …then I can get rid of those pesky warnings from SEOMOZ that I have all these pages without Meta Descriptions….
Advice much appreciated, I can see its bothering other people but I cant see a solution yet (if there is one).
Dude, seriously, don’t worry about those stupid warnings from SEOmoz. You’d be fixing a non-existing problem, just because SEOmoz throws a stupid message and doesn’t understand that Google doesn’t have this issue due to rel=”next” and rel=”prev”.
