[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Publish Meta Description in Taxonomy Template Pages for Each Tag

    I cannot figure out how to amend my site’s php so that meta descriptions for taxonomy tags are published at the top of each tag template page. I have seen that I need to add some code but I jave no idea how to find the correct php file to add this to.

    How can I find what php file provides the code for a taxonomy tag page on my site?

    Have experimented more and the only template functions I can find are from the “Simple Taxonomies” plugin:

    “yoast_term_description()
    Outputs the description for the current term”

    …but this will obviously not work for the equivalent taxonomy templates in WordPress SEO.

    What is thee equivalent php function for WordPress SEO, so that I can have the page for each taxonomy value display the meta description?
