• I have loaded the latest SEO Yoast pluggin (v1.2.5) on my WordPress using the Delicacy Theme (v1.2.4) and when I go to the Title & Metas section of the SEO settings, there is nothing displayed when I click on any of the tabs (general, home, post types, taxonomies, other, help). I tried both the latest Google Chrome browser and Firefox. I’m using this on a Mac running OSX 10.7.4

  • Yes, same problem with Windows 7, WP 3.4.1 and Firefox. Do you have any ideas?

    Thanks in advance

I am having a problem with title tags, too. For example, I made it so that my title tag would read first the post name and then the site name. But instead my title tags are reading “Site name | Post name | Site name”

Why is it listing the site name twice?

    Web address is http://www.breatheintothebag.com

I am having the same problem with nothing appearing when I click on titles & Metas, see the tabs ( general, home, post types, etc…) but nothing else is there.

    Thank you

    Phil

    Same problem with me.

I found the problem… for me.
The WordPress SEO admin settings page: ‘Titles & Metas’ has 6 tabbed content areas (General, Home, Post Types, Taxonomies, Other, Help) with various SEO settings and a ‘Save Settings’ button.

With the ‘WordPress Meta Robots’ active those tabbed content areas are wiped out.

I dont have WordPress Meta Robots installed, but still dont have any of the content under ‘Titles & Metas’ showing up.

Same problem as original poster. I don’t have WordPress Meta installed. Tried IE 9 and Chrome.

I think I had the same problem but I fixed it as I just press the ‘save settings’ button 🙂

But now I have another problem 🙁

same problems, someone fix it ? share step fix if someone fix successful

I haven’t figured out how to fix it yet, but I did discover that at least in my case, that the Nextgen Gallery plugin is what is breaking Yoast. When I deactivated the plugin, Yoast began working again. It seems the update I did to Nextgen Yesterday has broken the plugin.

Thought the Nextgen Gallery was the key, but alas, I deactivated Nextgen and still have the problem.

With the ‘HeadSpace2’ active those tabbed content areas are wiped out.

I’m having the same problem. After I installed W3 Total Cache, the “General” tab under “Titles & Metas” stopped giving me the option of customizing my home page title.

Now the home page title simply takes the title of the most recent post.

    Has anybody had any progress?

    Same problem here

Volgens mij is dit alleen als je vanaf edit post komt, dan komt er #post bij url en is de page leeg haal je dat weg uit de url dan is het probleem opgelost
