[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Portion of RSS section missing

Working on a clients blog and she has Yoast SEO installed.
Two things that are unusual.

1: The RSS section is missing the three check areas at the top.

2: In her Google Webmaster Tools, she’s getting 404’s for urls thnat show up in this fashion: http://www.kelleewalsh.com/tag/avalon/feed/%E2%80%9Dhttp://kelleewalsh.com%E2%80%9D
They’re turning up for each Tag she has.
