[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Page Title repeats

Had to disable your plugin as it makes my page title repeat….
What is the issue with WordPress SEO plugin?
I like all the options but that “unintended feature” will for now prevent me from using it.
Please let me know when it is fixed
