    I have non-admin users receiving the Tracking permission popup, but they are unable to dismiss it because they don’t have permission to manage options.

    The popups they are able to dismiss take them off the page they’re on and over to a separate page about WordPress SEO.

    These popups shouldn’t appear at all to anyone who is not an admin, but honestly there are entirely too many popups at this point.

    I want to be able to turn them ALL off via single option.
