[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] multiple site maps?

    I had a blog in a subdirectory of my static site, and I finally got around to converting the main site to WordPress, as a separate install.
    So now I have two.
    Before the conversion, I used the Google XML Sitemaps plugin in the subdirectory because it allowed me to designate where the sitemap should go, as it needed to go in the root and not in the subdirectory.

    Is there a way to incorporate both into one with WordPress SEO?
