[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Modify Canonical URL Based on Endpoint

  • I have an ednpoint called “Changelog” setup on my site so that I have

    site.com/product-one/changelog and site.com/product-two/changelog etc

How can I hook into WordPress SEO to tell it not to set the canonical url of /product-one/changelog to just /product-one

There is a Filter called wpseo_canonical but that only passes the already parsed URL, not the original one.

Also I guess on a related note, how can I change the page title so I have it like Product One Changelog etc as again the single_post_title filter only passes the end result title
