[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Issue with reply in a comment

Hi

I have recently changed my template to this one. But I’m having an issue with the reply to a comment.

When I turn off WordPress SEO and I do a reply to a comment he appears like that (Good one):

But when I turn ON WordPress SEO and I do a reply to a comment he appears like that (Bad one):

Something in WordPress SEO is breaking the template. Can anybody help me with that?
