[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] I can't find my post on Google. :(

I just created a post about 4 hours ago about how exercise reduces heart disease risk. I used the yoast seo plugin, and I got a green light.

I made sure that my seo setting for my wordpress theme was turned off. My keyword was “exercise reduces risk for heart disease.” When I type that in Google, I can’t find my page. I can’t even find it when I type in “exercise reduces risk for heart disease wellness secrets”. Wellness Secrets is the name of my organizations’ website.

Why isn’t it showing up in Google?
